Interim or Crisis: If your (portfolio) company has a critical need or a senior management gap, TCE will step in with an interim-executive or interim-CFO until you hire a permanent replacement. You can then complete your search without haste knowing a highly qualified and experienced financial executive is on site.
TCE’s executives have been engaged on a full-time basis in long-term officer, executive and /or project executive role. They remain linked to the firm available on a consultation basis and thus bring hundreds of years of experience to the table to benefit your (portfolio) company. Our lead executives have resolved SEC investigation matters and additionally have exceptional internal control expertise to assess and remediate any significant weakness. This is critical for public and soon-to-be-public private companies in the post-Sarbanes-Oxley Dodd-Frank environment.

Project-based: If your portfolio company is planning a transaction TCE’s executives have been involved during all phases of transactions from due diligence to post-acquisition integration. If you are looking to execute a transformational growth initiative, but your legacy team culture or incumbent financial team is under-experienced and cannot manage change optimally, TCE has demonstrated success and proven executives who will lead and mentor them. When complete your teams will be stronger and more capable, and the project will likely have been completed on an accelerated basis.

Mentor model / Supplement Executive Team: Small to medium-sized companies often need the expertise and mentoring of a C-level resource; but, not on a full-time basis. TCE has consultants, former CFOs, treasurers, and controllers who can provide expert leadership matching your needs on a part-time basis.

Advisory: TCE’s founder and many of its senior resources have professional firm advisory pedigree. As a result, they have often been engaged in a trusted advisor capacity to CEOs, CFOs, boards, audit committees, investors and lenders.
